Kenya’s Breast Reduction Journey
Social media influencer Kenya Crompton first came to Pall Mall Medical in 2020 at the age of 21 for a breast reduction procedure with Mr Prasad.
Living with the physical and emotional impact of large breasts
Before her surgery, Kenya struggled with both the physical and emotional impact of having large breasts. She often felt uncomfortable in her own body, found it difficult to find clothes that fit properly and didn’t feel confident wearing a bikini. Exercise was also challenging, and she struggled to work out comfortably.
Physically, Kenya experienced constant back pain and often felt uncomfortable in everything she wore.
Why Kenya choose Private Breast Reduction surgery
Although she had heard about the possibility of having breast reduction surgery through the NHS, Kenya never considered going down that route. Having heard that the waiting time could be around three years, she decided to pursue private treatment instead.
“I decided to go private as I knew I’d be looked after, and it was so worth it.”
Following her surgery with Mr Prasad, Kenya was delighted with her results and the experience she received at Pall Mall Medical. She went on to document her journey across her social media platforms, sharing her surgery, recovery and answering questions from others considering the procedure.
Over time, however, Kenya experienced changes in her body and hormones, and her breasts gradually grew back.
Returning to Pall Mall Medical for a Second Breast Reduction
Now, in 2026, at the age of 27, Kenya has decided to return to Pall Mall Medical and Mr Prasad to explore a second breast reduction.
Having had such an incredible experience and outcome from her first procedure, returning to the same surgeon and clinic was an easy decision for her.
Following her first breast reduction, Kenya experienced a significant improvement in her confidence and quality of life.
“I feel so much more confident. I don’t struggle when clothes shopping, and I can go to the gym and run without pain.”
