Do I need a referral letter?
Yes, a referral letter is required before surgery can be booked. The letter must come from a UK gender identity specialist or an accredited clinic. If you don’t yet have a referral, our team can help you understand what’s needed
Who is eligible for gender-affirmation surgery?
To be eligible, you must be 18+ and medically fit for surgery. You also need a referral letter from a UK-based gender specialist, a full GP medical history, and a BMI between 18–40. You must stop smoking (including vaping and nicotine products) at least four weeks before surgery
