Lisa, aged 54, from Cheshire visited Pall Mall Cosmetics for Brow Lift and Blepharoplasty surgery with Professor Raghavan. Lisa is known for her 13 year role on Coronation Street, for finishing in 5th place on Dancing on Ice and for taking part in ITVs All Star Musicals and Britain Get Singing.

After years of being in the public eye, Lisa noticed her confidence was being affected by her hooded eyes. With lots of public appearances upcoming in her career she considered Brow Lift and Blepharoplasty surgery to give her a refreshed, youthful look.
Speaking about her concerns, Lisa said: “I’ve been talking about having this surgery for years. I’ve always had a heavy lower lid on my right eye which is something I've been conscious of, particularly when I’ve been to award ceremonies and I see the pictures afterwards - my eyes always look closed!”

Lisa met with ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon, Professor Raghavan, at our Manchester city centre clinic for a free, no obligation consultation.
At the consultation Lisa was able to discuss her concerns in detail with the surgeon, along with her cosmetic surgery aspirations. Professor Raghavan provided Lisa with his expert opinion on what facial surgery would be most appropriate for the natural, yet refreshed look Lisa was hoping to achieve.
Lisa explained: “I’ve always said I want my eyelids done, it’s something that’s been bugging me for quite a long time and I had this fear that if I had it done when it was a lot older, there’d be so much skin to cut off. This surgery for me is to be preventative, I believe it’s better to have the surgery done now whilst I’ve still got some elasticity in my face than if I had it done in the next five years.”

Talking to Lisa pre-surgery she said: “I can’t tell you how nervous I am. This is the most invasive thing I’ve ever had done on my face, I’ve never done anything like this before, ever!
“Despite my apprehensions I feel very strongly about undergoing this surgery, I really want the results and so I’ve just got to put the fears to the back of my mind.”
Lisa noted that the “team has been amazing” and she felt reassured that she was in safe hands prior to going into theatre.

Following her surgery in January 2025, Lisa looks and feels her best. She exclaimed: “I absolutely love my brows, I was so frightened that they were going to be too high but my results are unbelievable after just a week. I’m really excited to see what my eyelids look like too once the swelling has gone down.”
Lisa noted that her results are “amazing”. She continued by saying: “I’m really happy and really pleased!”
